JKT Tanzania has pitched camp in Arusha as part of its preparations for the 2025/26 NBC Tanzania Mainland Premier League, which is scheduled to kick off in September, according to the   Tnnzania Mainland Premier League Board (TPLB).

Acting Manager Jumanne Tanga said the squad is in good shape, with the exception of two players currently featuring in the ongoing African Nations Championship (CHAN) 2024 tournament being hosted in Tanzania.

He expressed confidence that the coming season would see the team improve on its performance from the previous campaign.

“We are grateful to have arrived safely in Arusha with almost a full squad, except for two players. Our preparations are going well, and with God’s help, we aim to perform better and secure a higher position than last season,” said Tanga.

He added that training sessions were progressing smoothly, with players displaying high morale and determination to achieve the club’s goals.
