Akiba
Commercial Bank Plc has continued to strengthen its commitment to being a
customer-listening bank by hosting a special engagement forum with its
customers in Moshi on 16th July 2025.
The event was graced by the Bank’s
Managing Director, Mr. Silvest Arumasi.
The forum brought together customers from across the Moshi area to share their feedback, learn about the Bank’s recent developments, and receive financial education. It was also an opportunity for the Bank to express appreciation for the customers’ loyalty since ACB began its operations in the region.
Mr. Arumasi encouraged customers to view such platforms as their voice to the Bank.
“At ACB, being
customer-centric is not just a principle, it’s a practice. We value your
feedback, and we are committed to translating it into real action,” he stated.
Moreover, customers expressed great appreciation for the Managing Director’s personal involvement in the event, particularly his willingness to respond to concerns on the spot and offer immediate resolutions to some of the issues raised.
They
praised him as an exemplary leader with strong business acumen and strategic
thinking capabilities, which they said help accelerate important decisions for
the Bank’s growth and customer well-being.
In conclusion, Akiba Commercial Bank pledged to act on the recommendations provided and to continue nurturing a culture of listening as part of its strategy to be a bank that listens, cares, and delivers meaningful results for the communities it serves.
