Iddi Pazi vows knockout win at boxing derby

DAR ES SALAAM, June 18  – Tanzanian boxer Iddi Pazi of Chanika Masantula is intensifying preparations ahead of a high-stakes bout against rival Viguro Shafii from Mabibo, scheduled for July 26 at the prestigious Dar Boxing Derby, famously dubbed the “Samia Calling Fight.”

Known for his formidable punching power and aggressive style, Pazi expressed confidence in securing a decisive victory.

“My training has been intense and focused. I am coming with a fresh strategy because I am determined to win this fight,” Pazi told Respondent Online.

 “I place my trust in God and the expert guidance of my coach, Rajab ‘Super D’ Muhamila. I urge my supporters to come out in large numbers to witness a thrilling contest.”

Coach Muhamila, a respected figure in Tanzanian boxing, warned Pazi’s opponent to prepare for a knockout defeat.

“To the opponent and his camp, be ready   we will finish this fight early. While the opposing coach is still young in the game, Pazi possesses international experience and the skills to dominate in the ring,” Muhamila said.

Pazi’s fans and trainers remain confident, citing his unbeaten record and extensive fight experience. They expect the challenger to serve as a stepping stone in Pazi’s pursuit of boxing glory.

The Dar Boxing Derby, a highlight on Tanzania’s sporting calendar, continues to attract widespread attention from boxing enthusiasts throughout East Africa, promising an electrifying atmosphere at the event.
