Yanga SC is set to face Namungo FC in a highly anticipated NBC Premier League match tomorrow at the KMC Complex Stadium in Dar es Salaam.

Both teams enter the game with fresh memories of their recent victories, fueling the intensity of the upcoming clash.

Yanga's head coach, Miloud Hamdi, shared his thoughts on the importance of the match, emphasizing the need to maintain consistency.

“We need to win every game to secure the three points,” Hamdi said. “The team is in great shape, and we are fully prepared to take on the challenges ahead.” Yanga recently demolished Fountain Gate with a dominant 4-0 win, and their confidence is high as they look to extend their winning run.

Hamdi also noted that being just one point ahead of their rivals, Simba SC, is not enough. “One point is not enough; we need to keep fighting and ensure we collect three points in every match,” he added.

On the other hand, Namungo FC comes into this match looking to bounce back from a tough 2-1 defeat against Mashujaa. Coach Ngawina Ngawina expressed his optimism about the upcoming game.

“We’ve prepared well for this match, and we are determined to earn three points,” Ngawina stated. Although Namungo will be missing key player Erasto Nyonj, who is suspended due to three yellow cards, Ngawina remains confident in his squad's ability to compete. “All other players are available, and we are ready to face our rivals head-on,” he said.

The match between Yanga and Namungo is expected to be intense, with both teams desperate to secure victory to stay competitive in the league. Fans can expect an exciting contest as the teams battle for supremacy in Tanzanian football.

In other matches, JKT Tanzania will face Fountain Gate at Major General Samuhyo Stadium, and KenGold will host Pamba Jiji at Sokoine Stadium in Mbeya.
