Tabora United’s poor run of form continued today as they once again dropped crucial points in the closing stages of the NBC Tanzania Mainland Premier League season.

The team suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat at the hands of KMC in a match played at the Ali Hassan Mwinyi Stadium in Tabora.

This latest loss adds to a growing list of disappointing results, including back-to-back 3-0 defeats to Singida Black Stars and Mashujaa FC.

The first half was a balanced affair, with both sides creating chances and working hard to protect their goals. However, neither team managed to break the deadlock, and the game went into halftime with the score tied at 0-0.

KMC found the breakthrough in the 58th minute through Deogratius Antony, whose goal ultimately decided the match. Despite efforts from the home side to respond, Tabora United couldn’t find an equalizer.

KMC managed to hold on to their lead until the final whistle, walking away with all three points, while the hosts were left to reflect on yet another missed opportunity. The result leaves Tabora United under pressure as the league heads into its final matches.
