Youth Kingdom Ministries (YKM), a faith-based youth organization based in Dodoma, Tanzania, continues to empower young people through spiritual teachings and self-awareness programs.
The ministry uses mobile phones, social media platforms, youth camps, conferences, and seminars to reach and impact the youth.
According to the organization’s founder, Pastor Raphael, YKM has consistently organized youth camps across different regions of Tanzania to nurture the next generation of leaders.
Speaking at the closing of a week-long youth summit held in April 2025 at the organization’s headquarters in Dodoma, Pastor Raphael said,“This year, we successfully held a youth camp at the Christian Bible College (CBC) hall here in Dodoma. The theme of the camp was ‘Leadership That Transforms’, and it brought together around 70 participants from various regions across the country.”
The program focused on equipping the youth with leadership knowledge and life skills. Topics included self-awareness, understanding leadership roles, the qualities of effective leaders, and the importance of communication in leadership.
Minister George, one of the coordinators, praised the facilitators who delivered impactful sessions throughout the camp.
“Experienced instructors such as Pastor Raphael Lyela, Pastor Fredrick Msungu, Pastor James Kalekwa, and Teacher Emmanuel Makwaya led the teachings.
They provided valuable insights into transformational leadership, inspiring the youth to become agents of positive change in their communities,” he said.
YKM remains committed to building a generation of young leaders rooted in faith, purpose, and integrity.
