Simba Sports Club will play against Stellenbosch FC tomorrow in an important semi-final match of the CAF Confederation Cup. The match will take place at the New Amaan Complex in Zanzibar and will kick off at 4:00 PM local time.

Simba reached the semi-finals after a strong win over Al Masry, while Stellenbosch secured their spot by beating Zamalek in the quarter-finals.

Ahmed Ally, Simba’s Media and Communications Manager, talked about how important this game is for the team.

“We need a big win. To reach the final, we can do it right here at Amaan Stadium. Let’s finish the job early and get the result we want. Our goal this year is to reach the final,” Ally said.

He added that this year is looking very good for Simba, and the team is in great shape. However, he emphasized that they need their fans' support to succeed.

“This is just another team, and we are better than them. We’ve made it to the semi-finals, but we want to go even further and reach the final,” he added.

Simba’s main goal is not only to win the African title but also to earn more respect across Africa and raise the club’s profile.

Ally also said that part of the reason they want to reach the final is to bring happiness to their fans, especially those who are going through tough times.

“There are people who are suffering, and we want to give them hope. The best way to show someone who wants to see you fail that you are winning is by succeeding,” he explained.

As the game gets closer, Simba fans are excited to see their team move one step closer to winning the CAF Confederation Cup. Both teams are ready to play hard, and the atmosphere in Zanzibar is sure to be full of energy.
