Nature’s cure with a caution: expert advice matters

Dar es Salaam, April 17, 2025 — The Director of G Natural Health, Dr. Georvan Galinde, has urged Tanzanians to embrace herbal medicines as a solution for chronic illnesses, but with caution and professional guidance.

In an exclusive interview with The Respondent at his Dar es Salaam office, Dr. Galinde emphasized the importance of using traditional remedies correctly to avoid health risks.

“We encourage people to turn to nature for healing,” he said. “But it’s crucial that herbal medicines are used under proper supervision. Not every product out there is safe, and not every condition should be treated without expert advice.”

G Natural Health, which he founded more than five years ago, specializes in offering natural health solutions using plant-based supplements.

According to Dr. Galinde, the company has built its reputation by helping thousands of Tanzanians deal with chronic conditions safely and effectively.

“We pride ourselves on delivering remedies that are chemical-free and rooted in traditional knowledge,” he said. “These are solutions our ancestors used, but we apply them with modern understanding and care.”

Among the most sought-after products are Great Cure, which treats fungal infections, itching, and internal swelling; Urembo Asilia for smooth skin and acne removal; Nguvu Asilia, a male performance booster; Fertile Boost for women facing fertility challenges; and treatments for ulcers, hemorrhoids, hormonal imbalances, and chronic fatigue.

“Our products are not just popular—they work,” said Dr. Galinde. “The results speak through our customers’ testimonies. That’s what drives our growth.”

Although based in Dar es Salaam, G Natural Health serves clients throughout the country via online platforms and a reliable delivery service.

“We’ve invested in a system that allows us to reach anyone, anywhere in Tanzania. You can contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, and for those in Dar, we’re open for face-to-face consultations,” he explained.

Beyond selling herbal products, Dr. Galinde and his team also provide health education on reproductive wellness and the benefits of alternative medicine.

“We believe in empowering people with knowledge. Health isn’t just about treating illness—it’s about prevention and awareness,” he said.

He also issued a call to action for policymakers.

“We urge the government to establish strong policies that recognize traditional medicine and protect the public from counterfeit products. Natural remedies are part of our heritage. If used wisely, they can greatly improve public health,” he said.

Dr. Galinde added that “Herbal medicine is not a shortcut—it’s a path to healing that requires responsibility. Let’s treat it with the respect it deserves.”
