Airtel sponsors Singida Black Stars for Muungano Cup

Singida Black Stars Football Club has secured a major boost ahead of the 2025 Muungano Cup, following the announcement of a new sponsorship agreement with Airtel Tanzania, one of the country's leading telecommunications providers.

The partnership will provide the club with crucial financial support and exclusive, high-quality kits that will be worn throughout the tournament.

Club spokesperson Hussein Masanza described the deal as a significant milestone for both the club and its fanbase, locally and nationally.

“This sponsorship brings a renewed sense of strength and motivation to our squad as we prepare to compete in one of the country’s most prestigious tournaments,” said Masanza.

He emphasized that the financial backing will play a vital role in the team’s preparations, while the new kits symbolize a fresh chapter for the club. 

With this support, the team enters the tournament with heightened morale, proudly representing Singida and Tanzania as a whole.

“These special edition kits will be worn throughout the Muungano Cup. Our mission is clear  to bring the trophy home to Singida,” Masanza added.

He also expressed deep gratitude to Airtel Tanzania for their commitment to sports development in the country.

“We sincerely thank Airtel Tanzania for their trust in Singida Black Stars. Their support will not only strengthen our team but also contribute to the broader growth of sports in our nation,” he concluded.
