Eight teams set for Barberian Ramadhan Cup quarterfinals

Eight teams are gearing up for an intense battle in the quarterfinals of the Barberian Ramadhan Cup, set to take place over two days at JMK Park in Dar es Salaam.

The first round of matches on March 17 will see Yoram Investment take on King Boss Pikipiki, while WWB will go head-to-head with Wasafi in what promises to be thrilling encounters.

On March 18, Muhimbili Hospital will face off against Master Rim, and Al Mahra will clash with Kilimanjaro as they all vie for a spot in the semifinals.

Speaking to The Respondent Online, tournament coordinator Saeed Juma Shein confirmed that preparations are complete and the stage is set for an exciting showdown.

"Our aim is to identify the best teams that will progress to the semifinals and ultimately the final," Shein stated. "The competition is tough, and we expect all teams to bring their A-game."

He also urged football fans and enthusiasts to turn out in large numbers to support their favorite teams, adding that their presence would add to the excitement of the tournament.
