DAREVA Volleyball League to resume tomorrow

The first round of the Dar es Salaam Volleyball League will resume tomorrow, with eight exciting matches scheduled to take place at the KIUT Sports Ground in Dar es Salaam.

In the men's category, IP Sports will square off against Wazo, followed by UDSM taking on Giraffe. The next match will see Bandari face High Voltage.

Other matches include Best Six playing against TCTA, Twalipo challenging Nyika, and KIUT going head-to-head with Tanzania Prisons.

In the women’s category, Wazo will face Chui, and the final match will feature Tai against UDSM.

Nasoro Sharifu, the Technical Chairman of the Dar es Salaam Volleyball Association (DAREVA), has encouraged fans to come out in large numbers to enjoy the thrilling games and learn more about the sport.

“Our goal is to ensure that Dar es Salaam remains a hub for developing and nurturing volleyball talent,” said Sharifu. 

“I congratulate all participants for their excellent preparation and impressive performances in the earlier rounds. We are excited about the growing level of competition and expect the league to become even more competitive as it progresses.”
