A total of 42 participants have confirmed their attendance in two upcoming football coaching courses—Grassroots Coaching and CAF Diploma D. The courses will take place later this month.

The Grassroots Coaching course will run from March 31 to April 4, while the CAF Diploma D course will follow from April 5 to April 14.

Speaking to The Respondent Online, the Secretary-General of the Kigamboni District Football Association (KDFA), Dr. Kenneth Mlelwa, said that 25 participants will attend the Grassroots course, while 17 will take part in the CAF Diploma D program.

He highlighted the importance of these courses in improving football both within and outside the district.

"We want to develop our football scientifically by ensuring that teams are coached by trained professionals. That’s why we encourage all football stakeholders to take advantage of these opportunities," said Dr. Mlelwa.

He added that the trained coaches will help discover and develop young football talents across the country.
