The Dodoma City football team was in an accident this morning in Nangurukuru, Lindi Region.
The team was traveling back home to prepare for their upcoming games. They had just played against Namungo in a Premier League match in Ruangwa yesterday.
The accident happened when their bus went off the road and fell into a river, injuring several players.
Early reports say no one died in the accident.
