Simba beats Kilimanjaro Wonders 6-0 in CRDB Federation Cup

Simba SC comfortably won 6-0 against Kilimanjaro Wonders in the CRDB Federation Cup Round of 64 today. The match was played at the KMC Complex in Dar es Salaam, with Simba advancing to the Round of 32 after this big win.

The game started quickly with Valentino Mashaka scoring a fantastic goal in the first minute. He fired a powerful shot into the net after receiving a pass from Valentino Nouma.

In the 4th minute, Simba added a second goal through Ladaki Chasambi, who managed to get past Kilimanjaro Wonders' defenders and score.

The third goal came in the 9th minute when Kilimanjaro Wonders' player, Patrick Sebastian, accidentally scored an own goal.

In the 21st minute, Simba's Joshua Mutale scored the fourth goal after Kilimanjaro Wonders' goalkeeper made an error. Mutale was quick to take advantage of the mistake and put the ball in the net.

Although Kilimanjaro Wonders tried to fight back, Simba's goalkeeper, Ally Salimu, made some important saves to keep the score at 4-0 as the first half ended.

In the second half, Simba added another goal in the 48th minute. Steven Mukwala hit a powerful shot to make the score 5-0.

Simba kept pushing forward and scored again in the 80th minute. Edwin Balua blasted a great shot into the net, making it 6-0.

At the end of the 90 minutes, Simba walked off the field with a 6-0 victory, sending Kilimanjaro Wonders out of the competition.

Simba will now play their next NBC Tanzania Premier League match against Tabora United on February 1, 2025, at Ali Hassan Mwinyi Stadium in Tabora.
