The NBC Premier League in Mainland Tanzania is set to continue tomorrow with two exciting matches scheduled in Dar es Salaam and Singida.
JKT Tanzania will take on Simba in a highly anticipated game at the KMC Mwenge Stadium in Dar es Salaam.
JKT enters the match with a draw from their previous away game, having held Namungo to a goalless stalemate.
They will be looking to secure a victory to improve their standing. Meanwhile, Simba arrives with confidence after their recent 3-1 win over Kagera Sugar, and they will be aiming to extend their winning streak.
The second match of the day will see Singida Black Stars host KenGold at the CCM Liti Stadium in Singida.
The match promises to be an exciting encounter as both teams fight for crucial points.
Ahead of the game, Simba’s Assistant Coach, Selemani Matola, spoke about the tough challenge that awaits his team.
He acknowledged the quality of players in the Singida Black Stars squad but assured that Simba is well-prepared to fight for the full three points.
"We are aware of the strength of our opponents, who have some excellent players. However, we have prepared thoroughly, and we are focused on winning the match and securing all three points," Matola stated.
JKT Tanzania’s player, Iddy Matiku, also shared his thoughts on the upcoming clash. He emphasized the team's readiness to put up a strong fight and expressed their determination to leave with a win.
"This is going to be a tough match, but we respect our opponents. We are not aiming for a draw or a loss; our focus is on getting the three points," Matiku said.
