Pubic institutions from the aviation sector are utilizing the
48th Sabasaba International Trade Fair, Sabasaba, as the One-Stop-Center to deliver customer services, timely and efficiently.
The public institutions which including Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority
(TCAA), Air Tanzania Company Limited (ATCL), Tanzania Airport Authority (TAA) and the Civil Aviation Training
Centre (CATC) are in the same pavilion purposeful for raising public awareness on the services that they offer to the public as well as seeking feedback from the customers.
“The pavilion acts like the One-Stop-Center for aviation activities
where customers customers get all service from the same pavilion,” ATCL director general
Ladislaus Matindi briefed reporters on July 7,2024.
At the pavilion, people get all services, including
buying tickets, license acquisition and opportunity for gaining knowledge on the aviation field.
In another development, Mr. Matindi encouraged national carrier customers to utilize the company’s campaign dubbed‘Kibubu’ where they can pay flighting costs in installments.
Again, he revealed some offers to the company's frequent fliers.
“We offer special treatments and gifts including free flights. Fly with ATCL to enjoy the offers,” he noted.
