CCM leaders in Mbeya have been urged to translate party training into improved leadership, accountability and ethical conduct as the ruling party seeks to strengthen the performance of its officials at the grassroots level.
CCM National Executive Committee (NEC) member representing Mbeya Region, Ndele Mwaselela, said members in Igurusi Ward, Mbarali District, should use the knowledge and skills gained from the ongoing training to improve how they discharge their responsibilities.
He said the training should go beyond imparting knowledge and bring tangible changes in the way party leaders perform their duties, uphold integrity and remain committed to the party’s principles and rules.
Mr Mwaselela urged participants to apply the lessons learned in their day-to-day activities, stressing the importance of responsible leadership and dedication to serving the party.
He said the effectiveness of the training should be reflected in leaders’ conduct, accountability and ability to fulfil their responsibilities.
The call places emphasis on the need for political training to deliver practical results, particularly at the ward level, where party officials engage directly with members and coordinate grassroots activities.
