The Tanzania Investment and Special Economic Zones Authority (TISEZA) has outlined a series of reforms aimed at improving service delivery to investors as part of efforts to strengthen the country’s investment climate.

This was revealed during the launch of a new service by RIANA Group known as “The Experience Edge,” held on April 17, 2026 under the theme “Accelerating Growth Through Customer Experience Excellence.”

Representing TISEZA at the event, the authority’s Head of Promotion, Daudi Riganda, said the institution has taken deliberate steps to simplify procedures and enhance efficiency in serving investors.

He said among the key initiatives is the establishment of One-Stop Facilitation Centres, which bring together essential services in a single location to reduce bureaucracy and speed up investment processes.

Riganda also highlighted the adoption of digital systems, including the Tanzania Electronic Investment Window, which has improved transparency and reduced processing time for investment approvals.

He added that TISEZA has strengthened engagement with investors to ensure their concerns are addressed in a timely manner, contributing to a more responsive business environment.

In a bid to attract strategic and large-scale investments, the authority has further established the Premier Investors Service Centre (PISC), which provides tailored services to major investors and simplifies business establishment in the country.

TISEZA said it will continue to focus on creating a predictable and efficient investment environment, with the aim of boosting investor confidence and increasing investment inflows into Tanzania.
