Sotta Mining Corporation Limited (Sotta), a Tanzanian joint venture 80% owned by Perseus Mining Limited and 20% by the Government of Tanzania, has invited qualified suppliers to express interest in providing KSB parts and consumables for its Nyanza Gold Project.
The Nyanza Gold Project, located about 60 km southwest of Mwanza in the Serengeti District, is a major undertaking that includes the development of a gold processing plant, an open-pit mine, and related infrastructure.
Sotta is seeking suppliers who can provide genuine KSB brand parts and consumables essential for preventive maintenance of the milling plant.
Suppliers must be authorized distributors, able to ensure a steady stock, and responsible for delivery to Dar es Salaam.
Demonstrated experience in the mining sector is required, and preference will be given to companies wholly owned by Tanzanian citizens.
Interested companies must submit their EOIs electronically to EOI.TenderSubmissionsTZ@perseusmining.com with the subject line: EOI/NGP/OPS/037 KSB PARTS AND CONSUMABLES SUPPLYING.
Submissions should include company information, proof of successful past projects, financial capacity, and health, safety, and environmental performance records.
The deadline for submission is Monday, April 13, 2026. Evaluation will be based on qualification, experience, and commercial capability.
This move is expected to strengthen local supplier participation and enhance operational efficiency at one of Tanzania’s key gold mining projects.
