Prime Minister Mwigulu Nchemba meets Minister Deus Sangu to strengthen employment initiatives

Prime Minister Dr. Mwigulu Nchemba today met with Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office for Labour, Employment, and Relations, Deus Sangu, at the Prime Minister’s office in Mlimwa, Dodoma.

The high-level meeting focused on strategies to expand employment opportunities, improve labour relations, and enhance workforce development across Tanzania. 

Both leaders reaffirmed the government’s commitment to creating sustainable jobs and ensuring fair working conditions for all citizens.

Dr. Nchemba emphasized the need for strong coordination between the Prime Minister’s Office and other government ministries to effectively implement programmes that support economic growth and job creation. 

Minister Sangu updated the Prime Minister on ongoing initiatives, highlighting efforts to boost labour productivity, strengthen job placement services, and promote a conducive working environment nationwide.

The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to intensify collaboration, ensuring that government policies translate into tangible benefits for Tanzanian workers and contribute to the country’s socio-economic development.
