Premier School makes history : 100 percent pass rates as both boys and girls excel

Premier Schools located in Tanzania’s Pwani Region have once again demonstrated their academic excellence after posting impressive results in the 2024 Form Two National Examinations, according to results officially released on January 10, 2025.

Through its boys’ and girls’ school divisions, Premier has recorded outstanding performance, further strengthening its reputation within the country’s education sector.

At Premier Boys Secondary School, the institution achieved a historic milestone by recording a 100 percent pass rate, with all 53 male students, representing the entire Form Two candidate cohort, attaining Division One results.

Similarly, Premier Girls Secondary School registered remarkable success, with 118 students scoring Division One, while only four students attained Division Two, underscoring the school’s strong academic preparation and teaching standards.

The Form Two National Examination results were officially announced on January 10, 2025 by the Executive Secretary of the National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA), Professor Said Mohamed. 

National statistics released alongside the results indicate an overall improvement in Form Two performance nationwide compared to previous years.

The strong performance by Premier Schools in the Pwani Region reflects the commitment and joint efforts of teachers, students and school management in enhancing academic excellence, while reinforcing confidence among parents and education stakeholders in the country’s education system.
