Mashujaa are counting down to a crucial clash with Yanga in the NBC Tanzania Mainland Premier League on January 19 at Dar es Salaam’s KMC Complex, aiming to claim all three points.

The team has already arrived in Dar es Salaam and is undergoing intensive training to sharpen their fitness and tactics ahead of the high-stakes match.

Speaking to The Respondent, Mashujaa Manager Athumani Amir said the players are in top physical and mental condition, with morale at its peak.

“We know Yanga is a strong team with top-quality players, but our squad is ready to compete. Everyone is motivated and determined to win,” Amir said.

He added that the coaching staff is under pressure to deliver positive results, especially after losing several home matches, making it essential for the team to give their all on the pitch.

“The coach wants strong performances, particularly after home defeats. That’s why our preparations have been intense to ensure we secure three points,” Amir explained.

The manager also highlighted the players’ enthusiasm, noting that after a long break, they are back on the field with renewed energy and a clear focus on victory.
