The Royal Court hereby informs all concerned institutions, authorities, and partners that a solemn act of appointment was carried out on December 8, 2025, in Bir Tawil, under the supreme authority of His Royal Majesty Mansa Suliman Al Kushi, Sovereign and Guardian of the Kingdom of Kush.
The recommendation submitted for sovereign approval was fully accepted by His Majesty. In accordance with royal instructions, the Court proceeded with the official announcement of the decision, formalized by the signing of the decree of appointment by the very hand of His Royal Majesty, thereby conferring upon this act its full legal validity and sovereign authority.
By Royal Decree No. KOK/RD/AYP/20251208002, the Honorable Agbegnigan Yaovi was officially appointed President of the African Youth Parliament (AYP) of the United States of Africa.
This appointment forms part of the strategic vision of the Kingdom of Kush to strengthen a structured, responsible, and excellence-driven pan-African youth governance, oriented toward unity and the sustainable progress of the continent.
In the performance of his duties, President Agbegnigan Yaovi is entrusted with establishing, organizing, and developing the African Youth Parliament across the fifty-five African states.
His mandate notably includes the establishment and coordination of national delegations, the development of institutional and pan-African partnerships, and the consolidation of inclusive, transparent, and sustainable governance mechanisms.
He is also responsible for mobilizing high-level expertise in key areas such as governance, education, diplomacy, innovation, and the green economy.
This mandate is exercised in strict adherence to the principles of ethics, transparency, and accountability. The President is required to report regularly to His Royal Majesty through detailed quarterly reports.
The assumption of office by the Honorable Agbegnigan Yaovi was marked by the taking of a solemn oath of loyalty to the Kingdom of Kush and a formal commitment to serve African youth with loyalty, integrity, and dedication.
On this occasion, His Royal Majesty Mansa Suliman Al Kushi conveyed his congratulations to the new President and granted him his full confidence for the fulfillment of the high responsibilities now entrusted to him.
The ceremony concluded with the royal blessing of His Majesty:“May your leadership be an instrument of unity, vision, and transformation in the service of African youth.”
