The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, Dr. Natu El-Maamry Mwamba, has toured the new Ministry of Finance office building in the Government City-Mtumba area of Dodoma, praising the progress made on the modern facility expected to be fully operational soon.
Dr. Mwamba was accompanied by the Director of Administration and Human Resources, Mr. Lusius Mwenda, Project Supervisor Mr. Hija Mrutu, and other senior Ministry officials during the tour.
The team visited several offices within the building, witnessing firsthand the advanced infrastructure and the readiness of the facility to host Ministry operations.
“The completion of this building marks a major milestone for the Ministry. Once furnishing is finalized, all staff will relocate here, and some departments have already started operating from the new offices,” Dr. Mwamba said.
He added that the offices provide a calm and supportive environment, allowing employees to perform their daily duties efficiently while enjoying a friendly and modern workspace.
The new building is part of the Ministry’s efforts to enhance operational efficiency and provide staff with a state-of-the-art working environment, reflecting the Government’s commitment to modern infrastructure development.
