Jully Bede Lyimo, Assistant Commissioner of Conservation and Head of the Business Development Unit at Tanzania National Parks (TANAPA), has been recognized as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)/Director of Sales, Distribution, and Marketing of the Year at the Top 100 Executives List Awards 2025. The event took place at The Superdome Masaki in Dar es Salaam.
The award highlights Lyimo’s exceptional leadership and innovative strategies in promoting Tanzania’s national parks, improving services for tourists, expanding tourism-related businesses, and boosting marketing efforts both within Tanzania and internationally.
Under her guidance, TANAPA has implemented sustainable marketing strategies, strengthened partnerships with stakeholders, and introduced creative products and services that enhance Tanzania’s tourism appeal.
Her work has contributed significantly to attracting more visitors and raising the profile of the country’s protected areas.
