Mashujaa Football Club is determined to make history by reaching the quarterfinals of this season’s Under-20 (U20) Premier League.
Speaking to The Respondents Online, club manager Athumani Athumani said the team is undergoing rigorous training in Kigoma in preparation for the league.
“We have competed in this league before, but we have never advanced to the top eight. This season, with the recruitment of talented young players from various academies, we are determined to go further—aiming for the semifinals and even the finals,” Athumani said.
Mashujaa will kick off their campaign against Dodoma City on November 11, before facing Singida Black Stars in their next fixture.
The manager called on fans to rally behind the team, saying their support will inspire the players to perform at their best and achieve the club’s ambitious goals.
