Tanzanian boxer Yusuph Changarawe has stormed into the finals of the African Boxing Championships taking place in Nairobi, Kenya, after an impressive win over Cameroon’s Fotouo Totap on points.
Representing the national boxing team, Changarawe displayed remarkable skill and composure throughout the bout, earning the judges’ nod to advance to the last stage of the continental competition.
The championships, hosted at the Kasarani Indoor Arena, have attracted top fighters from across Africa, all vying for continental glory and ranking points.
The finals are set for Friday, October 24, when Changarawe will step into the ring once again, hoping to deliver Tanzania a gold medal and cement his status among Africa’s elite boxers.
