Bukombe parliamentary candidate, Dr. Doto Mashaka Biteko, has praised CCM’s running mate, Ambassador Dr. Emmanuel Nchimbi, calling him a competent and people-centered leader who understands citizens’ challenges.
Speaking to hundreds of residents in Katoro during a CCM campaign rally on September 6, 2025, Dr. Biteko said Dr. Nchimbi is a “teacher” to many, including himself, for his guidance and leadership.
“We have a running mate who knows the job and understands people’s struggles. He has taught many of us valuable lessons,” Dr. Biteko said.
He described Dr. Nchimbi as approachable, kind, and focused on CCM’s work to improve citizens’ lives, rather than criticizing opponents.
Dr. Biteko urged Katoro and Geita residents to exercise their right to vote on October 29, 2025, stressing that elections directly affect their lives.
“Katoro voters are strong and determined. You have no match. I urge you to choose CCM councillors and MPs who will join President Samia Suluhu Hassan to bring development to our community,” he said.
He added that Geita continues to support President Samia, Dr. Nchimbi, and CCM candidates, noting that every vote counts for the future of the region.
