After their dominant 3-0 victory over TMA Stars in the CRDB Federation Cup, Simba's management has now turned their focus to the upcoming Tanzania Mainland Premier League match against Dodoma Jiji.
Simba will face Dodoma Jiji in a highly anticipated league match scheduled for March 14 at the KMC Complex stadium in Dar es Salaam.
The match, originally set for February 15, was postponed due to delays in Dodoma Jiji's travel after their 2-2 draw with Namungo in Lindi on February 9.
Simba’s Public Relations and Communications Manager, Ahmed Ally, confirmed that the team began their preparations for the match today at Mo Arena.
Ally acknowledged that the upcoming match would be a tough challenge, as Dodoma Jiji is known for being a difficult opponent.
He pointed out that their previous encounters have been intense, and Dodoma Jiji has shown strong performances in recent games.
“The match won’t be easy, given their quality. They are preparing for this clash, but Coach Fadlu Davids has developed a comprehensive strategy to secure all three points for us,” Ally said.
He emphasized that Simba’s goal is to collect three points from Dodoma Jiji before the FIFA international break.
