The Simba club will take on KenGold in a Tanzania Mainland Premier League match at the KMC Complex tomorrow.
Simba enters the match with a recent victory, having won 2-1 against CS Sfaxien in the CAF Confederation Cup last Sunday, December 15, 2024.
On the other hand, KenGold lost 3-2 to Namungo in their last match, and they have extra work to do to secure positive results in this upcoming game.
Currently, KenGold is at the bottom of the league standings, and they face a tough task ahead to recover and avoid relegation next season.
Speaking about preparations for tomorrow’s match on December 17, 2024, Simba's head coach, Fadlu David, said they are focused on continuing their strong performance.
"We’ve been consistent with good results in the league and have been performing well in many areas. However, we’re entering this match with a new strategy, and we believe we will win," he said.
Meanwhile, player Awesu Awesu stated that the players are in good shape and are highly motivated.
"Our opponents have not been performing well, but they have players capable of competing in big matches. We understand that, and we believe we’ll perform even better tomorrow," he said.
Ticket prices for the match are as follows: VIP A is 20,000 Tanzanian shillings, while general seating is 10,000 Tanzanian shillings.
