Akiba Commercial Bank Plc reassures its customers in Kariakoo

Akiba Commercial Bank has continued not only to serve its customers but also to participate in social efforts during emergencies and disasters, as part of its commitment to building a strong and united community.
This was said today, November 17, 2024, in Dar es Salaam by the Regional Administrative Secretary, Dr. Tobha Nguvira, who is also the head of the disaster management unit in the Dar es Salaam region, during the reception of aid from Akiba Commercial Bank when they visited the site of the collapsed commercial building in Kariakoo.
 The accident caused significant damage, including injuries, property destruction, and loss of life.
"We are very grateful to this bank for providing several cartons of water to help the rescue team, which is making great efforts to save people affected by this tragic and sad accident.
 The delegation from Akiba Commercial Bank was led by employees from the Kariakoo branches and headquarters, including the Head of Marketing and Communications, Ms. Dora Saria, and the Agg. Chief Commercial Officer, Dr. Danford Muyango," said Dr. Nguvira.

The Acting Chief Commercial Officer, Dr. Danford Muyango, said that Akiba Commercial Bank has requested its customers who have been affected by the collapse of the building in Kariakoo to visit their branches to report the damages they have incurred. 
The bank will offer a comprehensive assessment regarding insurance services and initiate a loan repayment arrangement based on their situation.
