Tanzania’s tourism industry has celebrated one of its most influential figures after Zainab Ansell, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ZARA Tanzania Adventures, received the prestigious Tourism Legend Award 2025–2026 at the Malkia Wa Arusha 2026 Awards, recognising her outstanding contribution of more than four decades to the growth and promotion of Tanzania’s tourism sector.
