Coca-Cola Kwanza rewards top distributors with Tuk-Tuks to boost product delivery

By The Respondents Reporter

Coca‑Cola Kwanza Ltd has handed over six Tuk-Tuks to its best-performing distributors as part of an incentive programme aimed at strengthening distribution and supporting business growth across Tanzania.

The initiative, implemented during the fourth quarter of 2025, rewarded distributors who achieved the highest sales volumes of Returnable Glass Bottle (RGB) products. The incentive was open to all qualified distributors of Coca-Cola Kwanza products.

Four distributors received Tuk-Tuks after recording the highest RGB sales volumes in the last quarter of 2025, while two others were rewarded for posting the strongest performance throughout the entire year.

The company said the delivery vehicles are expected to help distributors expand their businesses while ensuring Coca-Cola beverages remain easily available to consumers in different parts of the country.

Speaking about the initiative, the General Manager of Coca‑Cola Kwanza Ltd, David Chait, said the programme reflects the company’s commitment to working closely with its business partners to strengthen growth within the beverage distribution network.

He noted that supporting distributors with tools such as delivery vehicles helps them improve efficiency in reaching retailers and consumers.

According to him, the incentive programme was designed to encourage distributors to improve product availability and deliver beverages to customers at the right time and place.

He added that the Tuk-Tuks will also help distributors respond faster to the needs of retailers and consumers by improving last-mile delivery.

Coca‑Cola Kwanza Ltd is part of Coca‑Cola Beverages Africa, one of the largest bottlers of The Coca‑Cola Company products on the continent.

The company says its strategy focuses on strengthening partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers and other business partners to ensure reliable product supply while supporting the growth of small and medium-scale businesses involved in beverage distribution.

Through initiatives such as the Tuk-Tuk incentive programme, the company aims to improve efficiency within its distribution network and enhance customer service while expanding access to its products across Tanzania.
