The Dar es Salaam Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (DAWASA) drew significant public attention at its exhibition stand during the National Engineers’ Day commemorations at Mlimani City today.

Crowds of residents and stakeholders thronged the booth, eager to learn more about DAWASA’s services and innovations.

Visitors received education on key areas such as the use of pre-paid water meters, understanding and managing water bills, and resolving service-related challenges.

Officials at the stand explained that the engagement was part of the authority’s wider commitment to improving public understanding of its services.

“This exhibition provides us with a valuable opportunity to interact directly with customers, listen to their concerns and provide immediate solutions,” one official noted.

The authority has extended an open invitation for the public to visit its stand, where they can access information and assistance free of charge throughout the two-day event, which runs from September 25 to 26.
