Simba’s Edwin Balua joins Cyprus side ENP FC on one-year deal

Simba SC has confirmed that midfielder and forward Edwin Charles Balua has signed a one-year contract with Enosis Neon Paralimni FC (ENP FC), a club competing in Cyprus’ top-flight league.

The announcement, made today, August 16, 2025, via the Simba App, described Balua as a versatile player capable of operating across all attacking positions. 

He has long been sought after by the Cypriot side, and Simba has granted him permission to join for the benefit of his personal development, as well as the interests of the club and the national team.

The club emphasized that the year in Cyprus will provide Balua with valuable international experience and exposure to new playing styles, which are expected to enhance his overall skills and professional growth.

“We have a tradition of allowing our players to join clubs that require their talents, especially internationally, when it benefits their career, the club, and the nation as a whole,” the club statement read.
