The Iringa District Commissioner, Kheri James, has reaffirmed the government’s dedication to improving education infrastructure in primary and secondary schools as a means of enhancing students' academic performance in the district.
Speaking during the foundation stone-laying ceremonies for dining hall construction projects at Tagamenda, Mawelewele, and Kwakilosa secondary schools, Kheri James emphasized that modern and well-maintained infrastructure is critical to effective teaching and learning.
He noted that the government is investing heavily in creating safe and conducive environments to empower students to excel academically.
Iringa District is among the beneficiaries of government funding aimed at constructing new schools, classrooms, dormitories, dining halls, teacher housing, and toilets for both students and teachers.
These investments are designed to establish a supportive educational environment that fosters academic success and overall development.
