Mpanda committee holds emergency meeting on Milala School Development

The Subcommittee for Monitoring Milala Secondary and Vocational School held an emergency meeting on April 1 to discuss the school’s development, with a focus on land planning and surveying to support upcoming strategic projects.

The meeting was opened by the Secretary of the Mpanda District Parents’ Association, Mr. Jimotoli Jilala Maduka, who welcomed members and urged calm, constructive discussions aimed at achieving practical decisions.

During introductions, Mr. Maduka presented the subcommittee members to strengthen understanding and unity in fulfilling their responsibilities. 

He also outlined the agenda, emphasizing the importance of land planning and surveying as a critical foundation for the school’s growth.

Committee members fully supported the agenda, noting that proper planning and surveying are essential for the efficient implementation of development projects.

Funding for the exercise was also discussed, with members agreeing to work collaboratively to secure the required resources. 

The committee called on stakeholders and community members committed to advancing education to contribute to this important initiative, which is crucial for the school’s future.

The Chairperson expressed gratitude to members for their attendance, contributions, and proposals, all aimed at improving oversight of Milala Secondary and Vocational School’s development and strengthening the activities of the Mpanda District Parents’ Association.
