Parmanent Secretary of the President’s Office – Planning and Investment, Dr. Tausi Kida, has expressed satisfaction with the ongoing upgrades at the One-Stop Centre for Investors on Bunge Street, describing the work as timely and of high quality.
During her visit, Dr. Kida inspected key stages of the renovations and praised the speed and standard of the work.
She emphasized that the improvements will create a better working environment and enhance the efficiency of the Tanzania Special Economic Zones Authority (TISEZA), a crucial agency driving investment facilitation.
“I am pleased with the progress. These upgrades will strengthen TISEZA’s operations and provide investors with a conducive environment,” Dr. Kida said.
She also acknowledged the commitment of TISEZA’s management and the contractors implementing the project.
The visit included a brief review meeting with TISEZA Board Chairman, Ambassador Dr. Aziz Ponary Mlima, who received guidance from Dr. Kida on ensuring the project is completed on schedule.
Other TISEZA officials, project contractors, and directors from the President’s Office – Planning and Investment also participated, reviewing progress and setting strategies for timely completion.
The upgraded One-Stop Centre is expected to streamline investor services, reinforce efficiency, and support Tanzania’s broader efforts to attract local and foreign investment.
