The Tanzania National Parks (TANAPA) is among centers of excellency in the provision of tourism services in Tanzania.
That has been aired out today on 9th December, 2025 by Mr. Nkoba Eliezer Mabula, the Deputy Permanent Secretary (The Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism in the United Republic of Tanzania) while addressing the participants of the 2025 Quality Achievements Conference organized by the European Society for Quality Research (ESQR) held at Dusit Thani Dubai Hotel in Dubai, the United Arabs Emirates.
“TANAPA is ISO 9001:2015 certified organization and hence the standard is not only made the quality to be a requirement but to TANAPA it symbolises a shared belief that, quality is a habit, a culture, a mindset and a standard of life” said Mr. Mabula.
The Quality Conference is among strategic international forum where quality experts, the participating companies, institutions, organizations and public administrations representatives get an opportunity to offer speeches about their activities to the international audience and also to network with various business leaders, academic experts, civil servants and diplomats from different countries.
“On behalf of The United Republic of Tanzania and TANAPA in particular, I would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the ESQR for recognizing TANAPA’s dedication to quality management. This recognition by ESQR not only honors institutional achievements but also inspires the international community to uphold best practices, drive innovation and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement in service delivery which in turn resulted into customers satisfaction” added Mr. Mabula.
TANAPA under ISO 9001:2015 performs its daily activities under international standards that actively promotes sustainable tourism that enhance visitor experiences, contributes to the well-being of local communities around national parks and make a significant contribution to national economic growth.
Mr. Mabula presented his heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan, the President of the United Republic of Tanzania, whose visionary leadership has transformed the Tanzania’s tourism landscape through Tanzania: The Royal Tour Campaign.
During the conference, Mr. Mabula made an assuarance to the international community that, “Tanzania is safe and is ready to receive visitors from various areas in the world and once you will visit Tanzania, you will experience high-quality tourism services that you will never forget” added Mr. Mabula.
The 2025 Quality Conference will be concluded today during the evening time by the event of the 2025 Quality Achievements Awards Ceremony that will be done in the same venue.
